Part D - LAIR POLICY

ARTICLE 8 – Illegal activates

1- All members are expected to be desirable citizens, and should not be engaged in any illegal activities.

2-Any members that do engage in illegal activities (i.e. recreational drugs, acts of copyright infringement, etc…) should NOT make mention of such activities in the lair.  WE DO NOT WANT TO KNOW.  It may make us either partially, or fully liable.

3-If any persons, based on your posts or other communication, can reasonably infer that you are engaged in any illegal activities, it is grounds for immediate dismissal by a moderator.

ARTICLE 9 -Minors

1-No member of this lair may be a minor, currently deemed to be under the age of 18 to reflect the laws of Canada. Much of the material discussed in the lair could constitute topics on sex, and other related issues, and may not be appropriate for minors.  Under parts of the law, the lair could be liable for infractions under the “adding to the delinquency of a minor” for which there appears to be no term of statute.    Minors are under the direction of only their parents and legal guardians, and my not consent for themselves to be exposed to the elements that may come up during the lair.

2-Although sex between an adult, and a minor between the ages of 16 to 17, is currently legal in Canada, WITHIN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY, we do not allow the discussion of such sex activities, OR THE ATTEMPT of such activities, within the lair.  If any persons, based on your posts or other communication, can reasonably infer that you are engaged in any such activities, it is grounds for immediate dismissal by a moderator.

3-Activites surrounding the action of sex between an adult, and a minor between the ages of 16 to 17, such as nude photography, videotaping sexual acts, anal intercourse, etc….may be considered child pornography and/or other illegal acts. If any persons, based on your posts or other communication, can reasonably infer that you are engaged in any such activities, it is grounds for immediate dismissal by a moderator, without the need for a vote

4- As based on a Canadian Vancouver court decision, the writing (i.e. fiction or non-fiction story or post) of any romantic and/or sexual conduct of sex between an adult, and a minor between the ages of 16 to 17 is considered by definition a form of child pornography and/or an illegal act. If any persons, based on your posts or other communication, can reasonably infer that you are engaged in any such activities, it is grounds for immediate dismissal by a moderator, without the need for a vote.

5-Pictures of minors, for any reason, are NOT PERMITTED in the lair on-line group.  Even if the persons photographed are now of the age of majority (18+), this does not change the legal status of the photo itself.  This includes pictures of lair members prior to the age of 18.

PART E - VOTING

ARTICLE 10- Procedures on how to hold votes

When a Vote is held, it is unreasonable to expect that all members will participate, and it is also unreasonable to let the voting process take an undetermined about of time.

1-Members must bring the topic of the vote to the moderator.

2-A Moderator then poses the vote (in a new and completely separate thread as the case may be), in the form of a single question.

3-The question must be clear and formed in such a way as to be answered in either a YES or a NO.

4-Members may vote in only one of 3 ways:

            1-Yes     2-No      3-I abstain (cast a non-vote)

5-The vote must have a time limit of a minimum of 3 days, but no more than 7 days (one full week cycle).

6-At the end of that period, the moderator must tally the votes, and announce the results.  In the event of a new rule or policy, the moderator must see that the constitution is amended to reflect the new rule or policy

7-The votes will be counted, and the decision will be the majority between the Yes or No votes.  Votes to abstain are not counted towards or against the majority.  For example, in a most extreme case, if there is a vote where only 13 people vote and the results are:

3-Yes: 1-No: and 9 Abstain, The Yes wins by clear majority of non-abstaining votes. This process is to eliminate the possibility of stalemates among a group the size of our Lair.

8-Members who do not vote, either because they missed the thread, or they are absent from the list, or for any other reason, forfeit their vote, and must abide by the decision of the vote.

9-Only a moderator may post an official vote.

10-The Lair Admin may veto or ban any vote on certain topics (for example, having minors on the list)

PART F – General Reminders

ARTICLE 11- Points of Interest

  1. Confidential information

·         As a member of this Lair, it must be understood that everything that you hear, that is brought up in discussion, e-mails, audio/visual, names, situations, stories, etc…is to be held in the strictest level of confidentiality possible.

·         Do not talk about who we are, in any great detail, to your friends, family, associates, nor should you mention any specifics about the people you meet, or the stories they tell.  Keep it vague, and if you can't do that, say nothing at all.   The information shared in the context of the group, on-line, off-line, or in person may be of a personal nature.  If you do decide to share information with non-Lair persons, what you reveal about your own stories is entirely up to you, but please remember that the details of other brother's stories MUST remain confidential.

·         The Lair acknowledges how sometimes it can be really difficult to keep things that are meaningful in our lives to ourselves. HOWEVER, you must also be prepared for the reality that not everyone you tell about seduction will be supportive.  Current core members have stories about friends becoming threatening, acting jealous of the members' rising success with women, and some (male and female) may become cock-blocks to you and the other brothers in the Lair.  Keep this in mind, and use your personal sense of good judgment.

·         In many cases, most of the members do not even know each other's real full names.  You can be referred to by a nickname if you choose.

·         When unexpectedly meeting a brother in a non-Lair space, exercise good judgment.  If you see the brother is engaged in a situation where an interruption is not welcomed, (i.e. in the process of a sarge) behave in an appropriate manner. Remember that association on the outside may force the issue of questions that we are unable to answer (i.e. So where do you know X from?) so be aware of the environment.  Do not assume that the person the brother is with knows about us, or is even knowledgeable of that brother's relation to the seduction community, so use good judgment.

·         Your “friends” are NOT welcome at Lair meetings or other Lair functions, unless a specific and clear invitation is issued.

  1. How do we all know each other?  The current answers are:

·         We all know each other through a mutual friend, and CHANGE THE TOPIC

·         It is best to pre-establish whenever possible how you already met a particular member especially if you plan to hang out with that member.

3. What are the criteria for members?

·         All members must have an e-mail account and regular access to the internet

·         All members must have a sincere interest in the study and application of the seduction of women.  Even strong curiosity is simply not enough.

·         All members must be contributing in some fashion to the goals of the Lair (must be willing to give, not only take)

·         All members must be a desirable person of good standing.  While what you do outside the Lair is your business, the members of the Lair are respected members of society, and may have certain status within each of their respective professional and social circles.  Some members have established business names, others appear in media, etc…Thus the Lair does not wish to be associated with those involved in any illegal, criminal, or questionable activities.  Reasonable doubt as to a member's legitimacy is grounds for expulsion. The Lair desires a membership that will not be tainted by men who are violent, arrogant, egotistical, misogynist, or who succeed with women by being overly dishonest with them.

4. E-mail List

·         Flaming Lair members on the list is strictly forbidden, and can result in expulsion. No name calling, no insulting. Period.

·         E-mail responses should be constructive and relevant to the thread you are posting to.  If all you can post is attitude without a contribution to the original post, then best not to post.

·         The use of real names of members (and people associate with members, such as harem women and other sarged people) is strictly forbidden.  You must use the nickname or code name of the member, or other person, in question.  It is up to the person whose names were used (or real names of that persons sarges) to communicate their displeasure.  The moderator may step in if there is constant abuse of this nature from any particular member.

5. Off-limits women

·         Every member has the right to request that up to two women be “off-limits” for the membership to sarge at any given time. No member may request a third woman be off-limits without first offering up one of the other two.

·         For clarity, this includes relatives and work associates. You only get to choose two from your circle.

·         There is only one exception to the “only 2 off limits” rule, and it is under Host Rules in the next section.

·         All members must respect the two off-limits rule of other members, and failure to do so could result in dismissal, provided that the off-limits women have been properly announced to the Lair. It will be the responsibility of the individual member to make sure that the others know full well who are his off-limits women.

6. Personal events hosted by Lair members

·         Host rules.  If you are invited to an event or function by a bro, look to that bro to set the rules of conduct for that scenario.  (These include birthday parties, career-related functions, etc…).  You will be expected to tailor your sarges according the any specific rules the Host deems necessary (this includes identifying women as off-limits).  It is the Solely the Host's Responsibility to make sure his wishes are communicated to the Lair in a reasonable fashion.

·         Hosts rules is the only exception to the “only 2 off limits” rule.  If the host invites you to the function, the host may name as many women as off limits that night as he wants.

·         If any bro feels uncomfortable tailoring his sarging according to these guidelines and feels he may inadvertently create problems for the host’s other social circles then he should consider opting out of the event altogether.

·         It is the host’s prerogative to schedule a personal event at any time.

·         Lair members have no obligation to attend personal events of other members

·         Members must adhere to Overlapping and Multiple Women Management of this guideline

7. Lair functions

·         An event that is coordinated by the Lair and requires consensus of the members

·         Host will generally set the rules, or the rules may be set by committee, as the case may be.  The rules of conduct for the function need to be posted to the list.

·         Lair members have an obligation of at least minimum participation whenever possible.

·         Members must adhere to Overlapping and Multiple Women Management of this guideline

·         An effort needs to be made that Lair functions do not conflict with other lair activities.

·         An effort needs to be made to prevent the function from turning into a cock farm

·         It is usually expected that members will bring at least one female with them, either as their partner, or to offer to the membership for sarging.

8. Overlapping and Multiple Women Management

  • When in doubt ask the host, or post to the list. This negates the problem of not being able to keep track of on and off limit women. If you cannot find the host, or cannot comfortably ask him at the event, and are offered the opportunity to get a woman’s contact info then be ethical and at the very least ask the bro, as soon as possible after having number closed but BEFORE contacting the woman. Be smart. Not only will you be seen as having character and morals, but the bro may actually be able and willing to help you sarge her by giving you inside info on her.
  • Sometimes a bro will get the number or email of a woman a second bro is interested in for non seduction related purposes (i.e.: business) or simply has an interest in having her as a platonic friend because they share common interests. If this happens and the bro has any kind of email exchange with this type of  woman, it would be wise to advise the second bro to make sure there are no potential conflicts within the Lair, and that the bro has no legitimate objections. (Jealousy is not a legitimate objection)
  • If a bro wants to invite a new female friend or pivot to some kind of event (concert party etc..), whom he met because she was/is part of a second bro’s harem he should ALWAYS clear it with that second bro, to insure he doesn’t create a situation where two women of the same harem end up at the same event the concerned second bro attends.
  • Conversely, if a bro has met one of his current LTRs through a second bro (meaning she is a friend or co worker of second bro) then it would be ethical to at least discuss which events she is to be informed of or not, so as not to create resentment between woman and platonically related bro in the future, caused by her exclusion from said event.

Part G - REPLACEMENTS AND DISMISSALS OF MEMBERS

ARTICLE 12 – APPOINTMENTS OF THE MODERATOR

·         The current Moderators retain the right to strongly suggest and endorse other members to replace them as Moderators, or to appoint new moderators.

·         An announcement that a member will be made a moderator must be made to the list, 48 hours before the members takes on the role of being a moderator. In that time the membership will have the opportunity to object to the appointment.

·         If a legitimate objection is made, it should be investigated by the moderators, and if found to be accurate, or if the issue cannot be resolved, the member may not become a moderator.

·         If there is no objection made, or if the issue can in fact be resolved, the member is made a moderator

ARTICLE 13 - THE DISSMISSAL OF A MEMBER

Any member may be dismissed, and/or removed from their duties and/or positions for

1. Violation of the policies set herein in this constitution (for example, breaking confidentiality, issues with minors, issues with illegal activities, damage to social circles)

2. Damaging the image and reputation of the Lair

3. Serious neglect of duties

4. Absence from participation in the lair for a decided period of time.

5. Dismissal will be taken place through a vote or by direct action from the moderator as the case may be necessary

Part H - OFFICAL MEETINGS

ARTICLE 14 - ROUNDTABLE MEETING GUIDELINES

1.      At every roundtable, one member will be assigned role of Chairman/timekeeper

2.      At anytime, should the moderator raise his hand, all members are required to stop speaking. No exceptions! It is important that everyone has their opportunity to speak and that is why we place strong emphasis on moderating the way time is being used by the group.

3.      Everyone gets 5 minutes to present a case question, no more.

4.      The first sentence must summarize the situation or scenario, followed by a one-sentence question. If you can't adhere to those guidelines, you don't deserve the time and resources of the members at the meeting. We have a very large group, representing an enormous amount of resources at your disposal. If you show respect for their time, they will be more inclined to return the favor.

5.      Meetings will be closed meetings, and by invitation only.  Only Lair members may attend.

6.      You can say anything here as long as you think it's USEFUL as it relates to seduction, success stories, experimental "influence" techniques for feedback, PU opportunity, or guerrilla tactics you may be USING and works

PART I - DISCRIMINATION

ARTICLE 15 - DISCRIMINATION

1- This Lair shall not unjustly discriminate against any persons according to race, colour, age, creed nor violate the Canadian or Quebec Charters of Human Rights

2-This lair reserves the right to outcast any person from the lair that is

·         A woman

·         A minor

·         A person of an undesirable nature (i.e. person involved with illegal activates)

·         A mole for the media

PART J – Evolution of the Lair

ARTICLE 16 - CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

This Constitution may be amended by the moderators, or a person assigned by the moderators, as need be, to reflect the results of voting, and the administration of new policies as decreed by law or vote.
